My laptop runs Windows 11. When I attend a meeting in Teams and the organizer presents a PowerPoint deck, the colors appear wrong on my display. Some background change to black and the text changes to white. Other colors randomly change to black on some slides. All other attendees see the colors correctly as intended. What causes this?

    Hi @Rob Roper

According to your case description, you have a color problem in the Teams meeting. Please try the following solutions to troubleshoot:

    Clear Teams cache: User's image

Disable GPU hardware acceleration: Open Microsoft Teams "Settings". Under the "Apps" tab, select "Disable GPU hardware acceleration" and restart Teams.

Update graphics driver: Make sure your graphics driver is up to date, check and update the driver through the device manager.

Check display settings and HDR settings: Open "Settings" > "System" > "Display". Adjust the scaling and layout settings to make sure they are appropriate for your display. If you use an HDR display, under "HDR and advanced color settings", make sure HDR is enabled and configured correctly.
