When trying to play bedrock Minecraft the other day I realized an issue that came up whenever I tried to play any game on windows store. I could not connect to windows store at all. It just says "something went wrong". I've tried everything from deleting windows store and reinstalling it, doing a multitude of things in "cmd" and other tools similar to that, i just cant seem to find a solution. Posting here begging for help as to why Microsoft store is unable to connect to WIFI when I am totally am connected to WIFI. I'm able to play other games and use google, etc. Please help.

    Hello,

    Please check the following items:

    Check your firewall settings to ensure that the Windows Store is allowed to connect through it.

    Temporarily disable any security software (like antivirus) to see if it's blocking the store's connection.

    Visit Microsoft's service status page to check if the Windows Store service is experiencing any outages or issues.

    Use PowerShell to reset the Windows Store cache. Open PowerShell as an administrator and run the following command:

    Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}

    This command will reinstall the store app and its dependencies, which might help resolve connection issues.

    Best regards

    Zunhui
