Hi Raven Health,
Thank you for reaching out to us on the Microsoft Q&A forum.
To qualify for an extension of your Azure credits, you’ll need to advance to the next level in the program by meeting the following criteria:
- Your business must be a verified legal entity.
- If you received a $25,000 Azure credit offer, at least 50% of those credits must be utilized.
- Your business must have a verified domain.
- You must provide a business contact email.
- A product demo video must be submitted.
- You need to add a new team member to your account.
To complete these tasks, sign in to the Founders Hub and visit the Home page to review and fulfill the requirements in your verification checklist. Your account will be reviewed approximately 45 days before your credits expire. If approved, additional credits and program time will be granted automatically. For more details, you can refer to the following resource: How do I get an Azure credit offer of $50,000?
In the meantime, we recommend focusing on improving your Engagement Score. You can do this by:
- Using more Azure tools and services to optimize your infrastructure.
- Exploring AI features in the Build with AI tab.
- Utilizing business tools in the Benefits tab of the Founders Hub.
- Connecting with an Azure engineer for personalized guidance on your projects.
The more you build and experiment with Azure, the higher your Engagement Score will grow.
If the suggestions above don’t resolve your issue, you can open a support ticket with the Founders Hub support team by visiting this page: Founders Hub Support. Click on Support to submit a ticket.
