Hi all,

Our room reservations go through Outlook. On three of our rooms we need approval from a secretary group. Now the notification is received by the secretary group, The approval is done via the online Outlook, but then it gets silents. No approval notification is send and in the agenda there is only the tentative meeting appointment. When we do the same invitation but the approval is set to a person, there is no problem. The meeting is accepted and a notification of approval is send.
Is it not possible for a group to give the permission? Otherwise we have to set the approval to all of the persons in the group and no one can see if someone has answered yet.

Afaik this functionality will not work for groups, even though the admin tools allow you to configure groups as delegates. Instead, add the individual members as delegates.

To check whether someone has already approved the meeting request, each of the delegates can view the room's calendar, or have the room's mailbox added to their Outlook so they can work with the received items directly.
