Hello! I'm not sure, when this happened, but I think after installing CU8 on Skype for Business server 2019. Users are complaining that guests cannot join meetings. Lookes like if CDN with assets is not available, the URL meet.... is appendeв with "?UseCdn=false". The page loads, but when I click on "Join Using Skype for Business Web App instead" it loads a blank page (lwa/WebPages/LwaClient.aspx) instead of starting Web App

    @Andrew Skull

    Here are a few steps you can try to troubleshoot this issue:

    1. Clear Browser Cache and Cookies: Sometimes clearing your cache and cookies can help resolve issues with web pages loading correctly.
      • For Chrome: Click on the three vertical dots in the upper right corner > More tools > Clear browsing data > Select "All time" for the time range > Clear data.
      • For Edge: Click on the three horizontal dots in the upper right corner > Settings > Privacy, search, and services > Choose what to clear > Clear browsing data.
    2. Disable Extensions: Sometimes browser extensions can interfere with how a web page loads. Try disabling your extensions to see if that resolves the issue.
      • For Chrome: Click on the three vertical dots in the upper right corner > More tools > Extensions > Toggle off all extensions.
      • For Edge: Click on the three horizontal dots in the upper right corner > Extensions > Toggle off all extensions.
    3. Try Incognito/Private Mode: Open an incognito or private browsing window and try loading the link again.
      • For Chrome: Click on the three vertical dots in the upper right corner > New incognito window.
      • For Edge: Click on the three horizontal dots in the upper right corner > New InPrivate window.
