Blank Page on the Skype for Business Web App webpage

Question

I don't have a skype for business desktop app or even account. I was trying to join an interview. I clicked on the link that was sent to me via the email. it directed me to to the page where I could click on the " Join Using Skype for Business Web App instead ", I clicked, the tab name says Skype for Business Web App, but the page is blank. cookies are allowed and all setting in Chrome are by default. I even tried to copy and paste the link in microsoft edge but the same thing happens. the problem is I can't even see the page that has a link to install the plugin. I tried on other PCs and it's the same thing.
