    Uninstall and reinstall the Printer.

Settings > Devices > Printers & scanners > Locate the printer > select "Remove device"

    Reboot.

Settings > Devices > Printers & scanners > "Add device" > Let Windows search for the printer

If it doesn't help, then install the driver of the said printer which is compatible with your OS from the support site of the printer.

On non domain networks you may encounter error 0x11b or 0x709 when making connections to shares.

Turn off the RPC Authentication layer on both machine and reboot.

2- Open "regedit" as administrator open, go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > System > CurrentControlSet > Control > Print In the "Print" folder, right-click, place the arrow over "new" and select "DWORD (32-bit) Value". Then, name the new record as “RpcAuthnLevelPrivacyEnabled” and set it to value “0”. Hope this helps. If you find the answer helpful, please mark it as an answer.
