Skype Web video calls are not working on IPv6, they are working perfectly on IPv4. Please note that the website opens normally on IPv6, only during the call, which ends up freezing. If you disable IPv6, it works normally. I am speaking on behalf of an Internet Service Provider where I work. Because of this problem, I had to block Microsoft's entire IPv6 block to resolve the issue (2603:1000::/25). If it were possible, could you give me the IPv6 block that only Skype uses, I could block it. With this block, our customers are currently not having any access to Microsoft content via IPv6.
