How to Use Microsoft 365 Copilot to Translate PowerPoint Slides in Bulk

Hello,

I have obtained a license for Microsoft 365 Copilot (Semi-Annual Enterprise Channel version). I would like to translate all the slides of a PowerPoint presentation created in Japanese into English. Using the app’s “Translate” feature requires manually translating each text area, which is quite cumbersome. Can I write a prompt in M365 Copilot to translate all slides into English at once, without changing the slide design or layout, and adjust the font size to fit each text area? Thank you.

The Semi-Annual Enterprise Channel license does not include the Copilot option. To access the features enabled by a Copilot license, you need to switch to either the Current Channel or the Monthly Enterprise Channel. To use Microsoft 365 Copilot, you will need to switch from the Semi-Annual Enterprise Channel to one of the required channels. Once switched, you can use Microsoft 365 Copilot to translate all slides into English simultaneously, maintaining the slide design and layout, and adjusting the font size to fit each text area.
