- Review Logs: Investigate the CcmNotificationAgent.log file for any discrepancies in the ClientHealthLastSyncTime. If the time is not current, it could indicate a problem with client communication.
- Policy and Scan Requests: Ensure that the latest policy requests and hardware scans are being processed. If they are not up to date, this could be a sign of communication issues between the client and the SCCM server.
