Why office 365 is on my computer instead of 2019

Hi,

I did not asked to change my LEGAL Office 2019, and also I did not give a permit to do it. When I deleted 365 and reinstalled 2019, the 365 installed again. This is not acceptable. I PAID for office 2019 and I want to use it!

Please tell me how can get back office 2019 instead of 365.

    Hi @Alex

    You may go to Windows Settings > Apps > Installed Apps, make sure there is no Office other than Office 2019 installed on your PC.

    • If there is a program related to Microsoft 365 apps, it is recommended to uninstall it.

    I also suggest you run command to check the installed Office information.

    • Search CMD, right-click the Command Prompt and run as administrator. Then copy and paste the command below in it, click Enter at last:

    cscript.exe "%ProgramFiles%\Microsoft Office\Office16\ospp.vbs" /dstatus

    (If you are running 32-bit Office on a 64-bit operating system)

    cscript.exe "%ProgramFiles(x86)%\Microsoft Office\Office16\ospp.vbs" /dstatus

    • Then copy the command result and paste back.
