I am experiencing an issue when sending HTML emails to Gmail using Exchange 2016 (Build 15.1).
The styles defined in the HTML body are not being applied to the email received.
However, when I use Exchange 2019 (Build 15.2), the styles are correctly applied in Gmail.

    Hi Shmuel Kroizer,

Thank you for posting in the Q&A Forums.

    Use inline CSS:

Try to avoid using external style sheets or inline CSS styles.

Apply CSS styles directly to HTML elements using inline styles.

    Simplify HTML and CSS:

Use simple HTML structures and CSS styles.

Avoid complex layouts and advanced CSS features that may not be supported by all email clients.

    Test emails:

Test your emails using different email clients and devices before sending them.

Make sure the email displays and renders properly in all environments.

    Provide a plain text version:

Provide a plain text version of HTML emails in case some email clients are unable to display the HTML version correctly.

    Update the Exchange server:

If possible, consider updating Exchange 2016 to a higher version (e.g., Exchange 2019) to improve the processing and compatibility of HTML emails.

    Contact Gmail Support:

If the issue persists, contact the Gmail support team for assistance.

Provide detailed information about the content and style of the email so they can better understand the issue and provide a solution.

    Best regards

    NeuviJ
