Is your Office the volume licensed version that is activated with MAK, or is it the retail version that requires binding a product key to your account and logging into that account to activate.
Has this Office been installed and used on other devices? If so, it is recommended to uninstall it from that device first.
Please search "CMD", right-click the "Command Prompt" and run as administrator. Then copy and paste the command below in it, click Enter at last:
cscript.exe "%ProgramFiles%\Microsoft Office\Office16\ospp.vbs" /dstatus
(If you are running 32-bit Office on a 64-bit operating system)
cscript.exe "%ProgramFiles(x86)%\Microsoft Office\Office16\ospp.vbs" /dstatus
Then copy the command results and paste here, I will check the information.
