Can I enable Customer Managed Key (CMK) encryption for the Azure AI Content Safety service under the free tier?

    No, you cannot enable Customer Managed Key (CMK) encryption for the Azure Cognitive Services Content Safety service under the free tier. This feature is only available for resources in the standard tier. If you need to use CMK encryption, you should upgrade your resource to the standard tier.
