How do I report the misuse of AZUREFD being used for phishing and promoting online gambling?

It's extremely difficult to report Azure abuse. People are using it for phishing and promoting online gambling sites!! Don't you have a better complaint system?!

    If the sites you've mentioned are phishing and not genuine you can report them here: https://cert.microsoft.com/report.aspx.

    However the AzureFD domain is the Azure Front Door service that is part of the Azure Cloud. Azure customers are bound by the terms with Microsoft, however gambling in itself, I don't believe to be against these terms. Several large gambling/gaming companies are Azure customers.
