Team sound very low

Hi I am currently facing an issue with Teams on a Dell laptop the sound from it is so low, This is without the use of headsets but its good when wearing it but I prefer not to use headphones as I usually talk without it . I have check with the settings both laptop and teams no problem there including updating it to the old Audio Driver. However the issue has not been resolved and was wondering if anyone has suffered this issue.

    Does the Teams web client have the same problem?

    Does other software on the notebook have such problems?

    Here are a few possible solutions to try:

    • Quit all apps to prevent interference with Teams applications. Restart your PC to sign into the Teams app only.
    • Disable MaxxAudio in startup. This is a software that enhances the audio quality, but it may interfere with Teams.
    • Clear the Teams client cache. Delete all files and folders in the %appdata%\Microsoft\Teams directory.
    • Check for the updated client version to make sure it's the latest version.
    • Check your Teams settings and make sure the speaker volume isn't too low or muted. You can also try changing your speaker device or adjusting audio processing settings. To do this, go to Teams > set up > device > speakers.
