I respectfully disagree with the assertion that RDS CAL licenses are required for using TSPlus software. This interpretation of Microsoft's EULA may be problematic under European law for several reasons:

Potential abuse of dominant position: Requiring RDS CAL licenses for third-party software could be seen as an anti-competitive practice under EU competition law.

Interoperability concerns: EU legislation promotes system interoperability. Mandating additional licenses for third-party software contradicts this principle.

Disproportionate requirements: Demanding RDS CAL licenses for software not utilizing Microsoft's RDS services appears excessive and beyond reasonable license terms.
