Conversation ID not working

Q1. please help me to find the conversation ID
I am not able to configure the skype bot via integromat
I have configured the bot with webhook
the testing via web chat and skype is working fine
data is parsed perfectly
but not able to configure the send message thing without conversation ID

But, I tried the above link and is not working for me

@ShivamBhateja-5107 Are you referring to the step in integromat document about connecting the bot with their service? I think they are using the app id and password from the bot service channel created in Azure. If you have not captured the app id and password you can create a new secret from certification and secrets tab of your app registration from Azure portal and retry adding them again.

The conversation ID varies with respect to channels, Both user and conversation state are scoped by channel. The same person using different channels to access your bot appears as different users, one for each channel, and each with a distinct user state, is it possible that you are using interchanging them?
