Microsoft partner - Bussiness account verification

I am new to the Microsoft partner portal and I want to publish my desktop app to the windows store.

I have created a business account at https://partner.microsoft.com/ and completed email verification and payment processes. Now we are in the Business verification process. The problem here is I can't able find a way to upload a verification document anywhere.

In the account settings, There are some links for "upload business document", But that only shows recommended steps, and those also not helped.

Note: In the Recommended Steps, Mentioned to click Next to create a ticket But I can't see any button called Next on that page.

Hi...
we have to try to activate the account for since May and it is really going nowhere.... currently, we are unable to do anything though we paid the subscription. Even I cannot there is no option to get support from the Microsoft partner portal.
