Unable to link Oracle Cloud Service to Azure Synapse

I am trying to link Oracle Cloud Service to Azure Synapse Workspace. I have created Integration runtime, filled the hostname, but I am getting the error message while testing the connection:
ERROR [HY000] [Microsoft][OSvC] (100) Error parsing JSON: Invalid value. while parsing string <html> <head><title>302 Found</title></head> <body> <center><h1>302 Found</h1></center> <hr><center>nginx</center> </body> </html> . Now, when I put the port number along with Hostname, I got this error:

ERROR [HY000] [Microsoft][DriverSupport] (1160) Cannot enable SSL for the connection when connecting to a server that has not enabled SSL. If the server has SSL enabled, please check if it has been configured to use a SSL protocol version that is lower than what is allowed for the connection. The minimum SSL protocol version allowed for the connection is: TLS 1.2. Thanks for the question and using this forum,
I see that you have already reached out to the MS support team for help on this . With the error which you have pasted I think it looks to be an issue with the networ/certificate and I think they can work more closely with you and get this resolved .

I have also reached out to the product group to see if they can help here . I will update the thread once I hear from you on this .

Just in case if you have an resolution , please update the thread .

Hello Pallav,

Just heard back from theteam and it this time , this is just a idea .

Azure supports Oracle 18.3 which supports TLS 1.0/1. Depending on Cipher suite.Take a look at Table 20.2 of https://docs.oracle.com/en/database/oracle/oracle-database/18/dbseg/configuring-secure-sockets-layer-authentication.html#GUID-EFF4B2C9-2D25-473D-B718-A42754252347

It could be simple TLS configuration on Azure Oracle Service.
