2012R2域控下,客户机有2个网段,其中一个网段需要手动配置ip

一台server2012R2域控制器,客户机加入该域,公司网络有2个网段,分别是10.10.8.0/24以及10.10.9.0/24,这2个网段的客户机,都需要用这台域服务器来控制,其中10.10.8.0网段的客户机,自动获取ip,但10.10.9.0网段的客户机需要手动配置ip,这需要怎么实现呢,谢谢
