The VM type D4s_v3 supports accelerated networking so you would get the benefit of enhanced networking features like SR IOV reducing latency, jitter, and CPU utilization

Generally speaking any series with more than 4 or more vcpus would support Acclerated networking though there are a couple of exception like B series

You can check the throughput by doing an Iperf or NTTTCP to test for the Network Bandwidth and all the other details
