Can't find my certificates

Hello,

I had about 5 certificates, which I can't find. For some reason my acclaim badge doesn't have any MS certificates.

Please help me. My Candidate name: TIMUR R SHAVALEEV; Candidate ID: ‎MS0429970998‎
