Why are Sheet Views showing other users' changes?

When more than one person is using the same Excel spreadsheet in Teams they use saved "sheet views." Each member in our department has their own Sheet View. However, if I am in mine I can see a coworker hiding columns, adjusting filters, etc in theirs. This doesn't always happen, though, so it seems like a bug or a glitch. Is there a quick way to fix this when it is happening?
