School account on Microsoft Authenticator

I have issues with my school account. I have to verify my log in through a code sent to my Microsoft Authenticator app. But the app has been reinstalled and I have to add the preexisting account.

Although, I can't recover my school account and there is no backup of my account. How do I get access to my old account or reset the app so that I can start over with the QR or manual code provided. When trying QR or the manual code I get the warning that these have already been used. Hope you can help me with this question.
