Do Power BI allow download underlying data?

Dear Power BI Technical Team,

Would you please confirm whether the business user can download the detailed underlying records instead of summary data from the charts shown on the dashboard?

@PLLAM-9378 This is an option in Power BI Desktop in options - Report Options under Export Data. You can choose what access end users have to the data.

There is also the option to do this in the Power BI service. In your workspace, just go to options and there is a drop down under Export Data where you can choose the access options of the end user.
