You cannot buy OEM separately from the hardware!

OEM stands for Original Equipment Manufacturer, and in simple words it means that the application comes with the hardware. It is usually much much cheaper then buying the application separately.

If you are looking to buy windows without the machine then you cannot buy OEM license.

Note! OEM has nothing to do with the version of the application. You can buy windows 10 home edition OEM with the hardware machine and you can buy windows 10 home which is not OEM. You can but windows 10 standards and any other version as OEM if you buy it with the hardware

Therefore the question OEM or windows 10 home make no sense. OEM is not a version of the application but an edition or license type.
