About Azure payment

Hello
Please can i know why did you take 100 dollars from my bank account, because i still using just the free trial , and olso i didn't use any azure account , Please i want a refund , please.

Please use below link to open a support ticket as this needs to be investigated by the billing team. While opening the ticket, select Billing as issue type so that right team who have access to this information gets engaged.

I have used free trial account but 100$ were not deducted, just 1$ was deducted for verification purpose.

Azure free account FAQ says -

Why do I need to provide a credit card and phone number?

One of the ways we keep prices low is to verify that account holders are real people, not bots or anonymous troublemakers. We use the phone number and credit card for identity verification. We don’t charge your credit card anything, but you may see a one-dollar verification hold on your credit card account, which is removed within three to five days.
