Will Microsoft see my keys in Azure Key Vault?

Azure Key Vault promises security, but I need to know that my keys are secure from Microsoft itself. This is required for compliance purposes. Will Microsoft see my keys in Azure Key Vault?

    No, with Key Vault, Microsoft doesn’t see or extract your keys.
