Enquiry regarding purchase of Microsoft surface tablet

I am planning to purchase microsoft surface tablet. My primary purpose is study not heavy work. I would like to that in a bigger screen though. But I don't want a slow processor or processing in tablet. I have reviews about Microsoft surface Pro 7 and Microsoft surface book 2-1. Kindly suggest a tablet suitable for me. My budget would be about $ 1000
