I'm missing api-ms-win-core-heap-12-1-0-.dll Where can I find it and install it?

Hi, I'm trying to install a Logitech M500S mouse on my dual boot PC. Windows 7 pro and Windows 10 Pro. When I try to install the logitech software I get the message that I'm missing "api-ms-win-core-heap-12-1-0.dll". I need to know where to get it and how to insall it. Thanks
