I required to be able to provide a set of users in my organization the ability to manage MFA within the Azure Entra ID console. the ability to disable or enable settings in the user blade, example I pick a user and in the mfa authentication and enable it for the user. Which role or custom role can do this without giving the user Global Administrator membership?
