    Hi @Mani ,

Do you mean that emails deleted from Outlook client still appear in Outlook mobile version?Given the situation we need more information on the following to narrow down the issue and better help you.

    1. Have you checked if your Outlook client side is syncing with web side?
    2. What type of email do you have? If your email account uses the POP3 protocol, the deletion operation will only affect the client and will not be synchronized to the server or other devices.
    3. Does your mail service have some kind of retention policy set up?

In addition, here are some troubleshooting you can try to resolve it:

    1. Update the Apps: Make sure both the Outlook app on your computer and the Outlook mobile app are updated to the latest versions. Sometimes, updates can fix synchronization issues.
    2. Remove and Re-add Account: Try removing your email account from the Outlook mobile app and then re-adding it. This can help reset the sync process.
    3. Restart Devices: Sometimes, simply restarting both your computer and mobile device can resolve sync issues.
    4. Delete the email completely: Shift+Delete in the client or web page instead of just moving it to the deleted items folder.

The fact that there is a "manage setting for email apps" screen suggests that it is an Exchange Online environment.
On the mobile side, try swiping to synchronize.
