Remove previous work email from my Outlook App

Hello -

I was working for a company and had added (2) email accounts to my Outlook App on my personal computer. When I try and remove them, only one shows up in Account Settings and I get the following error message.

How do I remove both of these accounts as they are blocking access for my current email. I do not have Access to the Admin on from the company.

    Welcome to our forum!

    Based on my research, you have to remove the accounts that don't trigger the error first, and then delete the primary account.

    In addition, you may consider creating a new profile and add your current email to it, and then delete your previous profile included company accounts. More information:
