Based on the error information you provided, I suggest you refer to the following steps for troubleshooting:
- Open the Device Manager, expand each hardware device category, right-click each device, and select "Update Driver". Make sure that the drivers of all hardware devices are the latest version, especially those related to virtualization, such as CPU, motherboard chipset, etc.
- Open the command prompt as an administrator, enter sfc/scannow and press Enter. This command will scan system files and try to repair damaged files.
- Also open the command prompt as an administrator, enter chkdsk /scan and press Enter. This command will check whether the disk has damaged system files.
If the problem still cannot be solved, I suggest you open "Control Panel" > "Programs and Features" > "Turn Windows Features on or off". In the pop-up window, uncheck the "Hyper-V" related options, and then click "OK". The system will uninstall the Hyper-V component and then reinstall hyper-v.
