    Hello,

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Q&A.

Based on the description, I understand your question is related to Easy access.

The easy access may be referred as Quick Access, try below methods to help fix:

Open File Explorer. Click on the "View" tab at the top. Click on "Options" on the right side. In the Folder Options window, ensure that "Open File Explorer to:" is set to "Quick access". Click "OK" to save the changes.

Resetting the Quick Access cache can resolve the issue. Open File Explorer. Navigate to the following location: C:\Users<YourUsername>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Recent\AutomaticDestinations.

Delete all files in this folder. This will reset the Quick Access cache.

    Have a nice day.

    Best Regards,

    Molly
