Hello,
I do not have the same Citrix Infra environment as you, you can first try the following general steps to troubleshoot the problem:
- Check the task manager to see if any processes are using too much memory. If you run out of memory, adjust the virtual machine Settings in VMware to ensure that your servers have enough RAM.
- Check to install the latest patches and updates in Windows Update to improve system compatibility and stability.
- Use the SFC tool to check for software conflicts and system file corruption:
Right-click the Start button and select Command Prompt (Administrator) to bring up the promoted command prompt. At the command prompt, run the following command:
sfc /scannow
Then restart the computer.
- Check if there are any Citrix-specific tools or Settings that need to be adjusted or updated.
If the problem persists, consider performing a Feature Update of Windows Server

I hope this helps.
