I'm not receiving any 2FA emails from a specific website (Roblox)

My outlook email address is no longer receiving emails from a specific service for 2FA access to my account. This has been ongoing for over a month now, and the service cannot provide any assistance.

The service in question is Roblox. and I've already added the email which sends 2FA to my safe senders list and contacts, it isn't going to spam or any other folders, they just don't seem to arrive at all. This problem seems to only affect this sender as I have other 2FA's which do arrive.
