We are not able to assign User Groups to Application

We're having issues with User Group assignment to access applications in Azure

May I know what is the error you are getting while you are adding users to application.
In your tenant may I know what is the Entra role do you have.
To assign users to an enterprise application, you need to follow the Prerequisites can you please check the following prerequisite are followed to Manage users and groups assignment to an application
