cannot connect to my vm from remote with rdp.

i cannot connect to my VM , windows 10, from rdp.

I did all the reset procedure and get that the vm is ok and port is open.

But RDP is not accessible.

I also get this msg -> Resource group '208deb5a-895f-486b-b050-c6f1680cd24e' could not be found.

Based on your question you're facing two separate issues description we understand that you are unable to connect to VM via RDP and the error indicating that the resource group could not be found.

Could you please from when you have faced this problem.

Meanwhile I would recommend you follow the below troubleshoot steps:

Reset Remote Desktop configuration.

Check Network Security Group rules.

Review VM console logs.

Reset the NIC for the VM.

Check the VM Resource Health.

Reset your VM password.

Restart your VM.

This kind of error occurs usually when you have not set Subscription context.

Error Code: (ResourceGroupNotFound)

Error Description: Resource group 'resource_group_name' could not be found.

Make sure you are operating within the correct subscription context. If you have multiple subscriptions, ensure you are in the correct subscription that contains the desired resource group.

To set the Subscription context from AZ CLI use the below command.

az account set --subscription "xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx"

Could you please check if Resource group exists or not. Seems like it is deleted or may be not accessible to you. Kindly check if you have all required permissions and access to RG and VM
