Configuration Manager properties are empty on some clients

This week, about ten client computers have encountered a strange issue. When opening Configuration Manager properties from the control panel, the display is empty. There are neither client properties in the General tab nor available actions in the Actions tab. I also can't see these few clients in the Configuration Manager console. Please share your thoughts!

    Hi,

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Q&A forum.

1,Kindly check the locationservices.log, ccmsetup.log, clientlocation.log, clientidstartupmanager.log on the clients to see if there is any further information.

2,Can we manually uninstalled and re-installed SCCM agent on these few computers?

3,Please check your boundaries and boundary groups configurations, and associate your MPs and DPs to the boundary groups. Make sure the client can communicate with the MPs and DPs.

4,Please also make sure your Firewall doesn't block the communication between the client and site system servers.

5,Also check the following registry key to verify if the client is in Provisioning Mode after OSD:

    [HKLM\Software\Microsoft\CCM\CCMExec\ProvisioningMode] = True

If yes, you can set the ProvisioningMode value to be "False", and clear out the "SystemTaskExcludes" string. Then restart the CCMExec service to have a try.

Hope above information helps. Thanks for your time.
