Lost Access to Admin Account

A few days ago we were logging into our admin account fine but was prompted to get the authenticator app for my admin account. I accidentally deleted the app from my phone after using it and now I cannot login to my admin account without it asking for the verification code on authenticator app! But the problem is even after redownloading the app, I cannot login to my admin account on authenticator app without it asking me for a code!

A few times when I tried it says there is no account with that email but anytime I login on desktop it recognizes the account and gives me an authenticator number to confirm on the app which I cannot do. Can someone please reset my account or do something so I can login to my admin account and turn off this 2 step process. Super frusterating and i need access to my admin account to do anything moving forward.

Also, I cannot do the account recovery because it says my account does not exist! HELP!

    Hi,

    is it bussiness account or yours own? If this is a work or business account, contact yours guys another admin who can reset your access.
