Getting a 403 error when linking a workspace for Windows Update for Business reports in Azure Monitor

When ever i try to save the settings for my subscription and my **Azure Log Analytics work space i get error below
**
Saving Windows Update for Business reports configuration action failed

<br/><b>403 error</b><br/><br/><code>The specified workspace was not able to be linked. Verify the Azure subscription is active.</code>

Troubleshotting so far:

I have ensures the subscription is Active

Ensured the Correct Subscription is Selected

Ensure Required Permissions at the Subscription Level

Ensured Log Analytics Workspace is in a Supported Region

If your Subscription is in active state, Ensure the workspace is in a Compatible Log Analytics region from the table listed in the prerequisites. and also, you should grant the required permissions for the multiple sources including Microsoft Entra & Log analytics workspace.

Because, to enroll into Windows Update for Business reports from the Azure portal, requires the following roles:

1. Intune Administrator Microsoft Entra role +
2. Log Analytics Contributor role

Below are the commonly assigned roles for Windows Update for Business reports users
