Hello,

In the Client Settings - Software Updates, the last setting is "Enable Automatic Remediation for Software Update errors".

I can't find any trace of this setting in the documentation ( https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/mem/configmgr/core/clients/deploy/about-client-settings )
Can anyone tell me what it will do on a client ? will it retry to install a failed update ? will it do it outside of maintenance windows ?

Thanks for you help

Marc

    Hi, @MarcVanderhaegen

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Q&A forum.

I couldn't find any article about this setting online too, but I don't think it will retry a failed update. I will try to do some tests to see if I can find what it do on the client that failed to install an update.
