Need to scale up VM CPU temporarily

We require additional CPU and RAM allocations for temporary processes that we are running. We need to request more quota, but the tool to do that directs us to Microsoft Q&A rather than an actual support ticket.

    The tool which directed you to Microsoft Q&A is a platform, the issue you are trying to resolve might be addressed from general guidance/assistance through community-driven resources or existing documentation rather than requesting you through actual technical support ticket.

    Ensure your support plan allows direct ticket creation for quota increases. Free subscriptions including Azure Free Account and Azure for Students aren't eligible for limit or quota changes.

    To adjust quotas, you must upgrade to a paid subscription, such as a Pay-as-you-go (PAYG) subscription, which allows for quota increases through technical support request and request quota increases if necessary.
