Client package and client upgrade package

I just upgrade my SCCM to version 2409 successfully, I have some questions, should I update the client package and client upgrade package on DP after the SCCM upgrade? And where can I get the client upgrade package? I cannot find it in package list.

    When you upgrade the top-level site of a hierarchy, the client installation package on each distribution point in the hierarchy is also updated. When you upgrade a primary site, the client upgrade package that's available from that primary site is updated.

    The client upgrade package is a hidden packages, you can find it under Monitoring\Overview\Distribution Status\Content Status\Configuration Manager Client Upgrade Package.
