In view of the current situation, I suggest you open the command prompt and run the following CHKDSK command again: (Replace the D drive letter in the command line below with the drive letter of the actual problem disk)
Chkdsk D: /f /r
Note:
- When running the repair command, if the file structure is too severely damaged to be repaired, the data block may be deleted. Therefore, the repair command may have the risk of data loss. Therefore, you need to back up all the data on the disk when executing the repair command. Please be aware of this.
- During the CHKDSK phase, it may take a long time to run. Please wait for the progress to complete and do not interrupt this command and CMD window in the middle.
If the problem still exists, I suggest you refer to the following link for troubleshooting. If it is finally confirmed that the file is lost or damaged, it is best to contact the hardware manufacturer for recovery.
