buenos dias

gracias

    Hi @jose maria nadador

It sounds like you're encountering an issue where the older version of Outlook isn't properly saving or updating the new IMAP and SMTP server settings. This could be due to cached data, compatibility issues, or even a bug in the older Outlook version.

Here are some steps you can try to resolve this:

    Clear Cached Data:

    Close Outlook.

Navigate to %localappdata%\Microsoft\Outlook on your computer.

Delete or rename the cached files related to your account.

Restart Outlook and reconfigure the server settings.

    Start Outlook in Safe Mode:

Press Windows + R, type Outlook /safe, and hit Enter.

Update the server settings in Safe Mode and see if they persist.

    Create a New Profile:

Go to the Control Panel and search for "Mail" (or "Mail (Microsoft Outlook)").

Click on "Show Profiles" and create a new profile.

Add your email account with the new server settings and set this profile as the default.
