The company I work for recently changed the edition of Windows 11 installed on all computers from Education to Pro. This was done by deploying a PowerShell script from ConfigMgr that changes the Windows key, forces activation, and restarts the computer. We have found that some of our Lenovo ThinkPad L15 Gen 4 computers are getting stuck in a recovery boot loop after being shut down and later restarted. Has anyone seen this issue or found a solution? Thank you.

Is there any error message displayed?
Can you boot to the recovery process and roll back?
If not can you capture the system event log and check for erros?
Also capture the \windows\logs\CBS\CBS.log file ( this is where the Transmog process should be logged when converting from one edition to another)
