    Hello

Thank you for posting in Q&A forum.

Here are some steps you can try:

    1. Ensure that IIS is still installed on your server. Sometimes, an in-place upgrade can remove certain roles and features.
    2. If IIS is installed but the configuration is missing, you can try restoring it from a backup. IIS configuration files are typically located in the C:\Windows\System32\inetsrv\config directory. If you have a backup of this directory, you can restore it to recover your application pools and sites.
    3. If you don't have a backup, you may need to manually recreate your application pools and sites.
    4. Check the Event Viewer for any errors related to IIS. This can provide more information on what went wrong during the upgrade.
    5. Ensure that the World Wide Web Publishing Service (W3SVC) is running.
    6. If the above steps don't work, you might need to reinstall IIS.

I hope the information above is helpful.

If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to let us know.

    Best Regards,

    Daisy Zhou
